Welcome to ICRP's guide to Radon! When you're in the guide look for me and I can take you back here if you want to dive into a new module.


Radon is a natural part of the environment. It is a radioactive gas that comes mainly from soil and rock, and is a normal part of the air we breathe. Protection against radon is a complex issue.
